Here is some important information on shipping. USPS HAS IMPLEMENTED CHANGES THAT WILL SLOW SHIPPING TIMES. Please be advised for holiday season. Thank you always for your kindness and for supporting me ♥️
TURN AROUND TIMES ->
Current Turn around is approximately 10-15 business days. (applied Oct 17 2022)
RTS ORDERS TAT- 1-5 business days
Please note if you purchase 7+ Bows allow an EXTRA 5-7 business days processing.
NEW ** Please note packages are dropped off by myself at the post office - same day-2business days after your tracking is received. I ONLY print shipping labels AFTER your package has been packed (I am NOT a “batch label printer then pack orders” shop) . After 4 weeks if the package still has not been delivered or tracking updated please contact me. Please note I am in no way in control or responsible for the actions of USPS. I want you to receive your bows just as much as you do.
October, November & December are the busiest time of year, please know I am working extremely hard to process orders as quickly as possible & still hand sewing each bow to perfection. ALL Orders are made to order (unless stated RTS). Because I allow so many choices so you can design your perfect bow all bows are made to Order unless it’s specified as RTS. Sometimes life happens and I can get behind but always know orders are extremely important to me and I work hard to get everything made as fast as I can! Thank you for understanding.

SHIPPING CARRIER ->
I will use USPS first class for standard shipping.
I will use USPS Priority for larger bundles.
I ship most orders in poly mailers. If you want to ensure your bows are shipped in a box please purchase the shipping upgrade at checkout. Exceptions are glitters, felts, or other specialty bows. These I will ship in a box without upgrade.
USPS Shipping times can be extremely unpredictable, I highly suggest priority shipping upgrade to have insurance on your package in case something happens to it. Even with priority shipping please expect it to take 1+ weeks to arrive. This is out of my control.
